Refund and Returns Policy

At KhanCAD, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted to bring unique charm and quality to your space. Your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Request Window: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To request a return, please email us at info@khancad.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade and customized nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Sale items

• Digital downloads (if applicable)

Please double-check product details before placing your order, especially for customizations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right.
